There are two ways to approach the refund procedure:

1. If you are disatisfied or unsure about the results, please email us so we can discuss other options available. Please include your original invoice number in your email. Then click this link to send us email requesting a return.

2. If you choose to return the product, please mail back the unused portion to this address:

Include in the box a copy of the confirmation email that you received from us when you placed the order. If you dont have this, include your name and email address used when you placed the order.

When we receive this we will issue you a credit for the total amount of your order minus shipping/handling fees. We will send you a refund check within 3-4 weeks.
